The online form is provided by Tally, a third-party form service that stores form data in the European Union, and submissions are delivered to our office email. You may also email us directly at office@tmlawph.com. We use this information only to review your concern, check for conflicts of interest, and contact you.

This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you use the document checklist on our consultation page, the items you tick are saved only in your own browser, on your own device. We do not receive them.
