Your first consultation
What to expect, what to bring, and how to prepare for your first meeting with our office.
What to expect
- Consultations are by appointment. Call or text us to schedule one.
- Online consultations by video call are available upon request.
- We will ask about the facts and look at your documents. Please be complete and honest. What you tell us is kept confidential.
- We will explain your options in plain language, including the possible risks.
- Our fees are discussed openly. If you decide to engage us, the scope of work and fees are put in a written agreement.
- A consultation does not automatically mean that we will handle your case. We first check for conflicts of interest.
